What is the “Free Marketing Assessment”?

Our Marketing Assessment is a great way to get a “health score” on your current marketing strategies and ROI. We will ask you a series of questions on a quick 30 minute call, and then will give you a complete score for your marketing. But we don’t stop there. We will also build out a comprehensive Marketing Action Plan that you can use to upgrade your marketing strategies, even if you don’t work with us.
How do the “Monthly Hours” work?

With each of our packages you will get an allotment of hours that are dedicated to your account. These hours will be used for meetings, building strategies, managing your marketing solutions, creating content, optimizing and managing accounts and more. You will be able to see how we allocate each hour, allowing for full transparency at all times. Along with that, with direct access to communication with your team, you will be able to ask any questions and get as much clarity as you need!
How many people do I get on my team?

Once your account’s Fractional CMO creates your custom marketing plan, we will go to work on assigning the right team members to accomplish your goals. You get full access to our complete roster of marketing and creative experts, and we will assign members of the team based off who can get the job done best for you. If there is someone you don’t like, we can swap in any of our other team members to make sure you are getting a dream team!
What is your turnaround time on a project?

Our turnarounds vary from project to project. We will give you accurate timelines and hourly estimates for every project we tackle on your behalf. Along with that, you will also be able to watch your hours get used via our time tracker, and will be able to communicate with your team at any time to check up on projects as they continue.
What do the Fractional CMO and Project Manager do?

Your Fractional CMO and Project Manager are your source for expertly-crafted marketing strategies and top-tier project management. Your account’s Fractional CMO will be tasked with designing a custom marketing strategy for your brand and will work to make sure your strategy is constantly being tweaked and adjusted to see optimal results. They will work with your account’s Project Manager to make sure all of your marketing and creative team members stay on task and get your projects done with timeliness and excellence. These two team members are your primary points of contact, making transparency and communication a breeze.
